Set on a large peninsula that feels like its own private island, the compound consists of two houses with 17 bedrooms and 23 bathrooms (19 full and 4 half). Every room is carefully curated with design and comfort in mind, from endless shades of blue to astonishing sunsets, and all bedrooms feature king or queen beds, sleeping up to 34 guests. Staff services include a concierge, house manager and daily housekeeping. Butlers, private chefs, bartenders and in-villa spa services can be arranged on request. Your concierge will organise activities on or off site: ride a clear kayak, snorkel in the bays or relax on the white sand. The 200+ ft private dock welcomes your yacht, chartered boat or jet skis. Turtle Tail is a highly scenic coastal peninsula in the central south of Providenciales, flanked by Flamingo Lake and Juba Sound and offering some of the most incredible vistas on the island. Bristol Cay, the Dick Penn Cays and the Bird Egg Cays lie just offshore, and you can wade out to the Dick Penn Cays from the largest beach in the area. Long Bay Beach, The Hole, Coral Gardens Reef and Harbour Club Marina are all within a few miles. Events such as weddings, birthdays and family gatherings are welcome for up to 99 attendees, on request. No pets. Smoking is allowed outside only. Minimum age to rent is 21.
