    Our highest level of service, and the one closest to how we began. A senior partner assigned to your household. An annual calendar planned before you need to ask. First claim on journeys we design that exist nowhere else.

    Private Office is arranged individually, not templated, some households require a single dedicated partner, others a full office behind them. The scope is shaped entirely around what your household actually needs.

    There are journeys we design that never appear on this site. Concierge members are given early access when the time comes. Private Office members are given first claim. Private Access members are welcome to enquire about upgrading at any time.

    Yes. As your travel changes, so can your membership. Simply reach out to your concierge or lifestyle manager.

    Are the member-only journeys available to all members?

    These journeys are available to Concierge and Private Office members. Private Access members may enquire about upgrading.

    How is pricing structured?

    Membership is arranged on an annual basis. Details are shared directly upon enquiry.

    Why doesn't Private Office have a fixed price?

    Private Office is built around your household, not a set package. Pricing is arranged by private consultation with your senior partner.

    Is there a waiting list?

    At certain times, yes. We would rather grow slowly than grow carelessly.
