Newly built in a traditional-meets-modern style, the property features a private one-bedroom, two-slip boathouse with multi-level docks in addition to the five-bedroom main cottage. Southwestern exposure on the dock and veranda brings direct sunlight almost the entire day. The Muskoka room off the main cottage is tastefully furnished with outdoor lounge furniture and dining for 6 to enjoy the exquisite sunsets on Lake Joseph. Follow the beautifully landscaped gardens and stone stairway down to the water's edge, where guests will find a spacious 1,000 sq. ft. swim dock and boathouse. There is a fairly long set of stairs to reach the dock, but with the boathouse you can have lunch and every comfort needed down at the water all day. A winding stone stairwell to multi-tiered docks leads to the boathouse. The 2-slip boathouse offers a private bedroom that opens onto a sitting area with TV and a bar area overlooking the lake.
