Villa Eleven

Terraced into the hillside above the Adriatic, Villa Eleven is a contemporary residence of 500 square metres arranged over several levels, accommodating ten guests across five bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. The beach lies within walking distance and the city centre is only ten minutes away by car. OUTDOOR LIVING A heated infinity pool runs along the lower terrace above the water, edged by a timber sun deck with loungers and umbrellas and served by an outdoor shower. INTERIORS The main living level opens entirely to the terrace, with a deep linen sofa, woven armchairs and a long dining table set beneath exposed concrete ceilings. Sculptural lighting, stone floors and warm plaster keep the palette quiet, while the wellness area offers a sauna and jacuzzi for slower hours after the beach. BEDROOMS Five bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, are finished in oak, terrazzo and stone. SERVICE The stay includes concierge service, a welcome amenity, housekeeping service, towel change, weekly linen and towel change, and pool and garden maintenance. LOCATION Dubrovnik pairs a UNESCO-listed walled old town with clear Adriatic water and island escapes. From the villa, the nearest beach is a short walk, the city centre a ten-minute drive, and Elaphiti island days, sea kayaking and cliffside dining are all easily arranged.
