OUTDOOR LIVING A heated infinity pool stretches along the lowest terrace, edged with sun loungers and umbrellas and cooled by an outdoor shower. An alfresco dining area and summer kitchen with barbecue make long evenings effortless, while shaded lounges and pergolas overlook the water. INTERIORS The main living level opens entirely to the terrace, with a generous lounge, integrated media wall and sculptural lighting set against polished concrete and warm plaster. A black stone kitchen island anchors the open-plan dining space, and the wellness area offers a sauna and jacuzzi for quiet hours after the beach. BEDROOMS Four bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, are finished in oak, concrete and dark marble.
